• unwashed

• in their original condition

• with original packaging

Items returned without their original state may be rejected.

Non-returnable items

• Damaged, worn, or altered items

• Gift cards

• Items returned without prior approval

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for return

• Photos if the item is defective

We will provide return instructions based on your country.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 1 to 3 business days to the original method of payment.
